Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope to provide products up to scratch for use on the water, and are keen to support those in the paddlesport family who have supported our business. If you have any concerns or are unsure about where you stand for a refund, please get in touch here as we may be able to find a solution.

In accordance with UK Law (Consumer Contracts: Distance Sales) the following applies to orders made through our website. This also applies to phone and mail orders. These rules do not apply to orders made in person.

Right to cancel:

  • You may cancel your order without giving reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You will then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

  • We have 14 days from receipt of the returned good to issue you a full refund.

  • We will refund the full amount originally paid (inc outbound postage).

  • The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer (unless the item is faulty - see below).

Faulty Items: 

  • If your item is faulty and you wish to receive a refund: You have 30 days from receipt of goods to let us know.

  • Between 30 days and 6 months, please contact us to discuss, we may be able to offer replacement or repair.

  • If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the return postage costs upon receipt of returned goods.

In all cases:

  • We may ask for proof of purchase (order number, name and address will normally suffice).

  • We will only accept returns from the person who placed the order.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the same method of payment used to place the order.

  • Where we dispute a claim, we will let the claimer know through writing.

Returns Process:

  • Write a note with your full name, address and order number. Place inside the package.

  • If after the 14 day period, please include the reason for return.

  • Seal the package (use original packaging if still available). Ensure the items are secure and not likely to be damaged in  transit.

  • Send the package to: 12 Gnat Walk, Caergeiliog, Holyhead, LL65 3NT. (We recommend sending tracked).

  • If able, send an email, phone call or message on social media with details of the return.

  • We will contact you to confirm receipt of goods and discuss next steps.
