• Postage is automatically applied at the checkout.

• Postage is calculated on the size of the package (i.e. Royal Mail Large Letter/Medium Parcel etc).

• For multiple items,  that of the highest price is applied and all items will be packed together (in as few packages as possible).

• Orders over £50 will receive free Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage. This is automated at checkout.

Two choices of postage are available at checkout:

• Royal Mail Second Class Postage:

  • 2-3 working days from dispatch (inc Saturdays). 3-5 working days from order.​

• Royal Mail First Class Postage:​

  • Next working day from dispatch (inc Saturdays). 1-2 working days from order.​

• Dispatches for most items will be made within 2 working days of the order.

• Dispatches for customisable items (decals and stickers) will be made within 5 working days.

Lost packages:

• Royal Mail guidance is to allow 10 working days before alerting us of a lost parcel.
